ContactNepal is a marketplace: your order is prepared and shipped by the individual seller you buy from. Delivery options and costs are shown per seller before you pay — use Estimate shipping on any product page, and the exact cost always appears at checkout before payment.

Where we deliver

Australia-wide for pantry and shelf-stable items (rice, lentils, spices, snacks, packaged goods), sent with Australia Post or courier.
Fresh, frozen and chilled items are only available for local delivery in the seller's service area — the product page states the area before you order.

How long it takes

Sydney metro: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch
Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth metro: typically 3–5 business days
Regional areas: typically 5–7 business days

Sellers dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order. If you order from more than one seller, your items may arrive as separate parcels — you are never charged more than the shipping shown at checkout.
