Terms and conditions of use

These terms apply to your use of ContactNepal and to purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The marketplace

ContactNepal is an online marketplace. Each product or service is sold by the independent seller named on its listing (“Sold by”). Your contract of sale for a product is with that seller; we operate the platform, payments flow and customer support.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The total you see at checkout — including delivery — is the total you pay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and costs are shown per seller before payment. See our Delivery information page. Orders containing items from multiple sellers may arrive in separate parcels.

4. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

For perishable food items, please check your delivery promptly and contact us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged or below acceptable quality — photos help us resolve claims quickly.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Please give accurate delivery details — sellers rely on them to fulfil your order.

6. Sellers

Sellers agree to accurately describe their products, keep stock levels current, dispatch promptly, and honour Australian Consumer Law obligations. Seller applications are reviewed before approval.
